Winter 2010 is Live!

It's been a wonderful season for written submissions. This marks the first issue that we've had stories queued for the next issue before launch. Exciting times!

This Winter Issue has 4 wonderful tales that cover a wide spectrum of sub-genres:  "Lilacs in November" is poignant and haunting; "The Blender" is both raw and dizzying; "There are Rules" offers a new twist on classic horror; and "Objects In Mirrror..." gives us some good old-fashioned vengeance.

My only disappointment with this issue is its lack of artwork.  I'm going to post calls for submissions to various sites and boards, and make a real effort to encourage artwork submissions for future issues.  I would like ShadeWorks to become a place of trust and aspiration for artists in the same way it has become for writers.
